Isaac Smith was the local coffin maker of Cape May in the 1820's. Owner of our winery, Toby Craig, purchased the Isaac Smith
Estate in the 1980's. He knowingly wanted to start a vineyard, which
he planted in 1990. The Craig family, who supports local history,
honored the late Isaac Smith, by using his name on many of our wine labels. We offer two designs of Isaac Smith labels. The Isaac Smith Coffin label and the Isaac Smith Estate label. All
of our wines are produced and bottled by Cape May Winery & Vineyard.
